WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/ FAQ

 

CAN I BRING MY CHILD? Unfortunately I am unable to host additional guests or children during your appointment unless you are coming to a Wig Consultancy appointment. 

DO YOU INCLUDE CUTS WITHIN THE PRICE FOR COLOUR? Only specific colour packages include a cut & blow dry within the price, other colour appointments require this to be booked additionally.

 

I DONT NEED A BLOW DRY, CAN YOU JUST BLAST DRY?  As a private studio offering 1:1 services, I unfortunately do not offer 'rough dries' after a cut or colour as I really do need to see the hair fully dry & styled to check my colour &/or finish the cut. 

 

I HAVENT BEEN TO YOU BEFORE, DO I NEED A CONSULTATION FIRST? All new colour clients require a skin test/consult at least 48 hours prior to their appointment, & it's a great chance to chat about what you want from your colour so I can then book you in for the time you need & provide a quote. For cuts, I generally add a little extra time to chat in depth about what you would like from your new hair do!

YOUR PRICE LIST SAYS 'FROM' WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? I look at each client individually so the above prices are a guide only, colour appointments will be quoted at consultation due to time & products used. 

I WANT TO GROW OUT MY GREY HAIR, CAN YOU HELP BLEND MY OLD COLOUR TO GET ME THERE FASTER? Absolutely! Send me a text and we can book a consultation to get you on the right path. 

I HAVENT HAD MY HAIR CUT IN A WHILE, WHAT SHOULD I BOOK? If your hair has not been cut within the last 12 weeks I recommend booking for a 're-style' due to the extra time required to re shape your hair. 

DO YOU CUT CHILDRENS HAIR? I do not offer services for children under 12. Adult prices apply 12+.
